(August 1, 2023, 4:16 pm)My fiancé and I went into Richard’s jewelers in Westfield, MA to look for my engagement ring. As soon as we walked in the door Hannah with her big beautiful bright smile introduced herself.
We had no idea what we really were looking for as far as diamond size, shape. Hannah was amazing, took her time showing us every option available.
We left with the most beautiful engagement ring, and both our wedding bands!
Hannah was so easy and fun to work with that she even delivered our rings to us. She knew I was having a big surgery the next day and wanted to make sure I had my beautiful gem to awwww at as I was recovering, and I did just that. I want you to know what an amazing experience we had working with Hannah.

(May 25, 2023, 1:57 pm)I recently bought a pair of diamond earrings from Hannah a couple of weeks ago and #1 the earrings are beautiful but most of all the time that Hannah took with me!! She explained evrything about the cut and color etc.Not only did I get a pair of beautiful earrings but I ended up with a new friend!! I will not go anywhere eles!!! Thank you Hannah you went above and beyond!!!!

(May 17, 2023, 7:46 pm)I just had a very enjoyable experience at Richard's Jewelers in Westfield. Hannah was a big part of my interaction and I would go to her again. I lost the diamond from my original engagement ring from 1968! Of course it had been reset a couple of times with this diamond. This time I decided to really update and upgrade my ring. She helped me in everyway possible. I have a beautiful ring in the price range i wanted. Thank you, Hannah!

(December 13, 2022, 5:32 pm)5 star reason to shop Richards jewelers in Westfield. I recently called Richards jewelers for prices on engagement rings, with their help it went perfectly. I was able to get both the engagement ring and wedding band picked out and put on a layaway. Why layaway, because I was shopping from South Carolina and was going to pick up in a couple weeks when I was back home in the Springfield area. The staff at Richards was terrific. I've always been happy shopping at Richards these are some of the reasons everyone should shop at Richards jewelers in the Westfield shops.
