I haven’t been to a urologist in several years and I just happened to google Dr Allen’s office. I am happy and relieved to say that this group is awesome and midstate hospital staff as well. Dr. Allen called me promptly after I left a message in my chart. Bottom line I love this practice and grateful I found a practice that truly cares.
Dr. Allen is very attentive to my concerns and he has treated me for over 25 years. His diagnosis of a kidney stone problem made my life so much better. He is a wonderful doctor and I wish him well in his retirement.
It is rare to find an office staff and doctor so attentive to a patient. I have been experiencing a complex urinary issue, which, hopefully will be resolved by the prescriptions ordered. Dr. Allen was on time, listened to my concerns and reassured me that all will be okay eventually. Doctors are not magicians but when you find one that cares, you've hit the jackpot.
I was very satisfied with my recent office visit. Dr Allen went over my blood work the number. He answered my questions about the tests and results. He also answered my questions about newer treatment for BPH. I have been seeing Dr Allen for number of years and have always been very satisfied with my visits, exams .and treatments
