Dr. Malik is a Naturopath, and he is the most helpful, thorough, professional doctor! He takes into consideration an extremely detailed inventory of your health, including nutrition, food intolerances, vitamin deficiencies, internal organ stresses, muscle and bone functioning, complete blood count and more! Across time, I have been to many doctors and the majority of them did not care about me as an individual, but Dr. Malik cares! He sees his patients as the unique, multi-faceted human beings they are. He takes a wholistic approach by treating underlying causes of health issues. He has a genuine interest in what is causing health problems and wants to figure out the puzzle, not just take a quick look and prescribe something (like many doctors). He always validates my concerns and takes them seriously; I can trust him to truly listen and help me! Many doctors see you as a specimen upon which to experiment and invalidate you if you act like a pesky, inconsistent human, but not Dr. Malik! He actually LIKES people and WANTS to help them get better! He has a fascination with physiology and how to create the best health in all people, as opposed to many doctors who were simply good at science and had the necessary resources to get their degree, but aren't interested in really helping people. I have had many excellent visits to Dr. Malik and my health has improved dramatically because I have done every single thing he told me. This is the key! In addition to medicine and treatment, he may recommend adjustments to your lifestyle so you can experience a return to good health. You must carefully follow his advice, keep in touch with him, and not be in denial about your own habits, otherwise it will take much longer to get better. Dr. Malik has the true wisdom of a man who has lived, studied and worked very conscientiously. His youthfulness indicates he has been treating his own body like a temple (which is an excellent sign). Dr. Malik is continually educating himself on new health related discoveries. I know because each time I've gone to see him he has new insights and recommendations. His office is clean, pleasant, and comforting to be in, it is easy and safe to park there. I don't know if he has any pets, but I think it's a safe bet that he loves animals just as much as he loves people because he is a highly enlightened man!
The best doctor I have ever had, ND or MD. He has a bedside manner that is outstanding and he is highly intelligent. The most important aspect is he cares about your health. Bravo Doctor!!!!!!!!!!
