  If you want your vehicle taken cared of professionally, knowing your vehicle is in good hands and they actually care about helping you go see Donald in the service department. I have been going through a rough road with my vehicle and he completely took the reigns of the situation with my vehicle even though he wasn’t the advisor I started with and got what I needed fixed and taken cared of properly. He even walked me out to my vehicle and showed me everything that was done and explained everything too! He is very personable and listens to everything you have to say and takes his job seriously. We need more advisors like Donald!! Will definitely be only having him advise my car from now on!

  Today was my first time visiting Richard Chevrolet, and I received the best customer service from my Service Advisor, Don B. He made sure that all my questions got answered, and my car got the TLC that I was looking for. I am very happy that my days of searching for a reliable Chevy service are over. Richard Chevy gets my vote hands down!

  I recently went today for an oil change and tire rotation. The whole experience was beyond my expectation. Don was amazing in explaining everything that was done and what needs to be done. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable and so willing to help me with all my questions. The work was done quickly while I waited and just made for such a pleasant and inviting experience. I definitely will be back and they have a customer for life now. Thank you again to the whole staff and Don for all of your assistance today.

  I had our 1st complimentary oil change on our 2022 Chevy Colorado. Don Basil immediately welcomed me and quickly entered me into the system for today's service. Don was very friendly and helpful. I waited in the customer waiting room and the service was performed quickly and efficiently. I will definitely rely on Richard Chevrolet for my service needs. Richard Chevrolet provides an inviting family-like atmosphere.

  Purchased my son a used truck at Richard’s. We went for the extended warranty (thank god) Don Basil has went out of his way to make things right! The truck has been there 4 times for major issues . The first time I tried to set up service I was told 10 days until they could look at it, so that meant 10 days with no vehicle that my son is making payments on. Don took it in immediately once he was on the case.He also gave me his direct # and I’ve used it 3 more times since with outstanding customer service! Thank you Don Richard’s should know what a value you are to them.
