  Great service! Fast, competent, and the guys are really nice. I was definitely going to use them in the future anyway, but I just had to use them again for another urgent job. They saved my bacon a second time in two weeks! Love these guys. Thanks Rice!

  I'm new to the area and I got so lucky finding Rice Plumbing! Even better David was my plumber. He is very professional, great communication, skillful and just a nice guy! I highly recommend Rice and will use them again.

  We needed to have 30-year-old hydrostatic heating units replaced with 40 feet of hot water baseboard in our great room. John was timely with meeting us to review the job and provided a detailed quote within a timely manner. Scheduling the job was scheduled sooner than we expected. Once that was confirmed, the technicians, Andrew and Angel, arrived on time, well equipped, and ready to go to work. They worked diligently all day and got the job done within 9 hours. They left here dirty and with lots of debris, but our home was left as clean as could be and with a much-improved heating system. Andrew and Angel were polite and professional throughout the day. We would use Rice Plumbing and Heating services again.

  David Lincoln and Angel just left our home after installing a new water heater. After our initial visit, when they explained the options when hot water is no longer lasting long enough for a shower, we realized that our water heater which was quite old should be replaced and not repaired. We could understand all the info they provided and came to our own conclusion feeling no pressure from them.
  They soon returned and did a fabulous job for us. It was a pleasure working with them and we are happy that Rice Plumbing has come to Boiceville. When we next think “plumber” we will not hesitate before calling Rice.
