(August 29, 2023, 11:04 am)I can’t say enough good things about this store and the staff. I’ve been there a couple times to make purchases that I wanted to be able to try the items on. Super friendly, super knowledgeable, and fun to talk bikes/experiences with. I got there just before they opened, and most of the staff rolled up on their bikes. There is no pressure from any one in that store. I wish it were closer I’d be in there all the time. Oh, and they have an incredible selection!

(August 24, 2023, 11:28 am)This was my first time coming here and a beginner rider as well. Todd and Justin was so nice and welcoming. Justin was very patient and really allowed me to shop around without feeling pressured.
The store was very clean and open with lots of lighting. Everything was neat and organized.
Definitely a welcoming environment with respectful and courteous staffs. :) -

(August 20, 2023, 11:01 am)I went in to buy all the necessary gear for my first bike. G helped me out and patiently went back and forth grabbing all the gear I needed from the back. I probably spent two hours there trying out different stuff and I felt confident in my purchases and the staff really helped me find quality products that fit my budget.

(July 30, 2023, 7:41 pm)Staff is waiting by the door to help you from the moment you walk in. They leave you alone if you tell them you want to browse, but are super helpful if you tell them what you are looking for. I walked in and asked for help finding a light colored jacket and was given every option they had in the store with about 2 minutes. They will also show you options that aren't available in store, but help you get fitted for an online order. It isn't the cheapest place to buy gear, but they are within a few dollars generally, and I'm more than willing to spend $5 extra to support a store that has excellent customer service and lets me try things on and be sure I will be happy before I hand over my money.

(July 9, 2023, 10:58 am)Lots to choose from and very helpful staff. The showroom was clean and the vibe was just right. I purchased a Cardo intercom system and some new gloves. Justin was a great help and so was the rest of the staff.
