This program allowed me to learn how to eat and what food works with my body. Wendy provides the best feedback and guidance through out your Weightloss journey. She has been my saving grace through out this program. Let’s be honest losing weight is never easy but she pushes you to be better and to not focus on the numbers but the journey. I’ve learned so much from her program. Thank you Wendy!!!

(July 28, 2022, 11:29 am)It’s hard to put into words the sheer amazement of how well each program works at Restorative Wellness and Weight Loss. As with anything in life, being committed provides results. Wendy goes above and beyond in helping each client along their journey. Daily texting along with supportive motivation is common practice within her programs.
She is real, she is sincere and it comes across in every way. I have lost over 20lbs (quite easily I must add) over 2 years ago and have decided I want to lose more so I am back on a new program. It still amazes me each day seeing my weight come down. Additionally, she is a life coach in a way that through this program, you are opened up to so many valuable lessons and transformations within your own thinking. Lots of “ah ha” moments!

I was ready to embark on a weight loss journey, and I took the recommendation of a friend who had lost 50 lbs with Wendy. I followed her thorough and specific directions and lost 20 lbs in 40 days. I was beyond excited, but I know that it's just the beginning. I am changing my ways, slowly but surely with Wendy's guidance. Along with being a wonderful weight loss and nutrition coach, she is a delightful and positive person. I am so glad I reached out to her.
