  After 25 years of employment my position was eliminated as part of a corporate restructuring initiative. Mr. Gerry Resnick listened as I described my work situation and presented several options on how I could proceed. It is worth noting that my former employer retained the services of a large international labor law firm. After three months of negotiations Gerry was able to finalize a separation package which I am very pleased with. My time was well spent with Gerry and I highly recommend his firm.

  Gerald Resnick of the Resnick Law Group is the BEST employment attorney. Mr. Resnick aggressively represented me and a coworker in an employment, discrimination, and hostile work environment case. It actually included a whistleblower situation while we were employed on staff with an international labor union. Mr. Resnick provided a free consultation, and attentively listened to our situation. He presented all of the options, and explained that he was willing to represent us. Once we retained his services, he quickly took action, and negotiated a settlement beyond my wildest dreams. As his clients, we got our jobs back, without harassment moving forward. We also received vacation, sick days, back pay, and ALL of his fees were paid by the other party! Win, win, win. We also got another thing, the respect of our coworkers and the people we represent for standing up for ourselves and what’s right, as a really nice by product.   Resnick Law group was referred to me by two attorneys that do not practice contract law. Resnick took on a publicly traded company that was breaking my contract. His approach was very aggressive and he settled that matter with a very favorable outcome for me. Gerry is a nice man that doesn't mislead his clients.   I first retained Gerry Resnick back in 2013 on a discrimination matter. At the time, I had been working with another law firm on this for more than a year and had filed a law suit. But after little progress, and a case that the previous firm had "all over the place", I turned to an internet search and found Resnick. When I spoke with Mr. Resnick, it was clear he understood employment law. He took a mess of a case and got it focused and on track. I also liked his approach during depositions. He was very nice throughout. I would describe his depositions as kind, with powerful, well timed, questions. For that reason, he is a force to be reckoned with for the opposing side. In the end, I was pleased with the outcome. So much so, I referred my sister to him years later. Then just recently, I consulted with him on another employment matter of my own, which he took on and quickly brought to resolution. I've been very pleased. He is transparent and fair with his fees. He earns every penny. I would highly recommend him.
