  Resilience is the best Physical Therapy place that I’ve been to. Dan has helped me not only heal my injury, but show me methods of caring for my body to not re-injur it. The entire staff gets to know you on a personal basis and is always super friendly and caring. To me, when a physical therapist takes the time to make sure you have preventative care to not get hurt again instead of healing you and sending you off, that’s the difference maker. I can’t recommend Dan and the team enough!

  When I tore my acl and meniscus at the end of my college lacrosse season I was feeling very defeated and was faced with something I never thought I’d have to deal with. After going to Resilience my outlook on my injury immediately changed for the better. Their psychical therapy team are some of the most supportive, caring, and helpful people I have ever met. They will always push you to get better while still creating the most supportive and fun environment. I could not recommend resilience enough when searching for a pt place!

  I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at Resilience Therapy. From the time I was referred by my PCP in January 2023, I have consistently received exceptional care and witnessed remarkable progress in my physical well-being. Over the past six months, I have seen significant improvements in my strength and coordination.
  One aspect that sets Resilience Therapy apart is the friendly, approachable and dedicated nature of their team. All the physical therapists are great. Dan is an expert in his field. He genuinely listens to my concerns, answers all my questions, and tailors each visit to address my specific needs. I’ve also had the pleasure of working 1:1 with Isaiah during my sessions. His personable nature creates an environment that is both comfortable and encouraging. His attentiveness and ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and relatable manner have been instrumental in my progress. The teams commitment to their patients well-being is evident and commendable.
  My experience with Resilience has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of physical therapy services and I am confident they will continue to positively impact the lives of many others!!

  From the moment I walked in to Resilience Physical Therapy, I could feel the positive energy and environment created by the knowledgeable and caring staff. After a thorough assessment of my injury by Dr. Dan, he created a plan of strengthening for me to follow. Working with various staff, I am fully encouraged to work toward and reach my goals. The amount of pain relief after just a few sessions was incredible! The workout area is clean and well maintained. Most importantly, the staff are knowledgeable and supportive. I would highly recommend Resilience Physical therapy to anyone needing physical therapy services!

  Hi. I've been to several different physical therapists in the last few years and I believe that Resilience Physical Therapy and Wellness is the best. They've taken the time to explain to me what is going on with my injury and how we will proceed with exercises that are slowly building in intensity, always pushing forward without causing more damage. I'm growing stronger, and a few months ago I thought that wasn't ever going to be possible. The staff is knowledgeable, personable, and I highly recommend them. Whether you've been hurt and PT has been suggested for your or you're training for your first marathon go to Resilience. They know what they're doing.
