  I just started seeing my psychiatrist Dr. Salem Koch. When I joined this facility, I asked for the best doctor. They gave me the best one for sure. Dr. Koch is smart and provided me with different options. He explains things such as medications, diagnosis in simple terms where you get to understand it and know what he is talking about. He is well spoken. He is available on weekends and virtual which is a great benefits for those who are busy. Dr. Koch changed all of my medications and lord did he do a great job. I hadn't had one anxiety attack. I have been getting sleep. My depression has been reduced tremendously. I want to thank Olga from Reservoir as well. She is pretty fast with providing anything you need. Any help, any resource, any letter. She is super nice. I would highly recommend this place. I am glad to have them be a part of my life and help me with my struggles. Caterina

  I want to start by saying thank you so much for the patient coordinator April, you were so helpful and so kind ! And understanding my situation, you stayed consistent with me throughout the whole conversation it was so realistic and made me feel comfortable! Especially when I called first thing in the morning 🥲 It was easy setting up my appointment with you, We need more people like you out 🧡

  I couldn’t be happier with both Dr. Koch and Alexia. They both have gone above and beyond with my treatment. Dr. Koch has great bedside manner and I highly recommend him. Alexia is also great to speak with and has helped me find ways to cope with both anxiety and anger issues. The staff at Reservoir are friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking for an amazing experience, give them a call today!

  Greatest experience I’ve had with therapy! I’ve seen multiple therapist and I can honestly say these past few months I’ve been receiving treatment from Mercedes Noble has been really incredible in my mental health journey! She really takes the time to listen to what I’m saying. I genuinely appreciate all the help she’s given me so far! Not only that but the staff is also incredible. They’re always so pleasant and helpful when they reach out to me or I reach out to them. I would highly recommend this place!
