(September 23, 2022, 2:01 pm)We rented a camper that accommodate 10 people using this site. Within 36 hrs. I received a phone call from Chris, he was friendly and explained the process and the steps to follow. And he also made sure that our car had the proper towing capacity and asked all the proper questions to help us determine if we needed additional assistance. We need made arrangements to pick up with the owner Sean. Sean, explained everything and gave us a check list to help us since the steps can be a bit overwhelming. Especially if you have no experience towing large vehicles. Sean also made sure we knew he was available if we had any questions or concerns. Overall, both Sean and Chris provided all the information we needed and gave detailed steps and and introductions. They were also friendly and accommodating. thank you! Guys

(April 28, 2021, 8:41 am)To say that Chris was great in this experience is an understatement. He was very quick to respond to any questions I had before the rental and then took the time to go over every aspect of the camper before we took it on the road. The camper, even though it is 5 years old, was extremely clean, everything worked great and it was more than enough room for our family of four. I would highly recommend Rental Outfitters.

(September 14, 2020, 10:41 am)I Highly Recommend Rental Outfitters. Chris and Heather were excellent help, and the Trailer was in great shape (super clean and everything worked). We could not have had a better experience.
My family have been looking into buying a travel trailer and decided to rent one so the kids could give us some feedback. We have rented class A and class B RV's before from other companies. This experience was so much better. Everything was explained up front, no surprise charges, no surprise broken equipment. We will be back until we can buy one of our own! -

(July 1, 2020, 11:12 am)Man, what a great experience! Chris was super helpful and took his time explaining everything we need to know as first time RVers. Everything from pickup time to dropoff time was perfectly accommodating. The trailer was clean and in great condition. Just an awesome experience and we didn't even start our trip yet .

(December 30, 2018, 11:12 am)Chris and Heather were wonderful to work with. We were hosting a big crowd at Christmas and the extra space worked out perfectly. They provided superb customer service every step of the way, from initial inquiry through the return of the camper. The equipment was in excellent condition, and we had a a lot of fun decorating it as well! I would highly recommend renting from Rental Outfitters!
