(August 9, 2023, 2:54 pm)I am very happy and have to say I had a great experience with Doug from maintenance. He came to fix my screen door which was such a pain to open and close prior.. He did a great job fixing the door, it’s such an ease now. He was also so polite and friendly! He went above and beyond when it came to the help. I truly appreciate him coming today. And I also really appreciate that he walked me through everything, what he was doing and why it was that way before. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

He did some great magic tricks for my moms birthday. Thank you Nicole, Charles and everyone who made this night perfect.

(June 14, 2023, 9:27 am)I participated in the Renaissance Bay artisan market, it was well planned with lots of vendors!! Little bonus SWAG bags with water and snacks were given to the vendors, which was a welcome surprise!! Live music made the day like a beautiful concert !! Nicole and Gytzel did an amazing job organizing this event, and being present through the whole day checking on how the day was progressing
The community has been around since I was a kid, and I see them working very hard on making improvements to the community and it looks great@👍👍👍👍👍 -
