I had lingering lower back problems for 3 straight months. I tried some old PTs I had gone to prior with similar issues, massage therapy, acupuncture, etc. It took 3 weeks of PT with Pete and I haven’t felt lower back pain since. I’ve been working with Pete for about a year and a half now and I can say with confidence he is the best at what he does. The improvements on my speed, agility, strength, and explosive power is drastic compared to what I came in with. I recommend Pete to anyone looking to fix up any lingering pains, and also any athlete looking to level up their game no matter which sport. Pete will cater your program to whatever you are looking to achieve in whatever sport it may be. You can see his work ethic everyday, how much effort and care he puts in to achieve his and his clients goals. It’s truly inspirational, I 100% recommend Pete 🤙🏽
It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I recommend Relentless Performance to anyone with a pain, sprain, injury, an out of shape body, or anyone looking to not just heal but get stronger. And to feel great in the process.
I went to see Pete with a shoulder injury, and was feeling a bit skeptical as I had already been to physical therapy and had not made any progress. My prior experience with PT was repeated exercises provided with less and less input or energy, and my last physical therapist didn’t seem to know how to help me progress. My husband had been talking and talking about Pete who he went to see for pain and injuries after several years of consistent weight lifting.
The experience I have had at Relentless Performance has been exceptional. My shoulder is finally healing, and I am getting strong. It is a very different approach, and I have been in the rehabilitation field myself for a long time. Pete is incredibly knowledgeable and his dedication to healing, strengthening, and connecting with others is unmatched. He listens and adjusts and motivates throughout each and every session. And he literally and figuratively stays by your side through the hard and sometimes painful parts. I walk out of every session feeling great and so motivated to strengthen my aging body! I have recommended Pete with utmost confidence to anyone and everyone who is in need of healing or strength or has had limited improvement with conventional physical therapy.
Of special note, he has an amazing staff whose positive presence and support I feel as well when I am there. It’s an awesome environment!
Hands down, Relentless Physical Therapy & Performance is the best spot for physical therapy that I have ever been to! Their entire team is so knowledgeable, very experienced, and are committed to helping each and every client. Shoutout to Dr. Pete who has been the absolute best in helping me work through arthritis in my knees and prepare for a career in law enforcement. We’ve only been working together for a short period and I can whole heartedly say that I am in less pain than I have been for years and my fitness has definitely improved!
Dr. Pete and the Relentless Staff have kept me exercising for more than 7 months...which is 6 months longer than any other gym or program I've tried.
When I came to Pete, I had cervical spinal issues and post-COVID body changes (i.e. fatter, weaker, less flexible). I've had only two days of neck pain in 6 months (as opposed to 2x/week before), lost a few inches on my waist, and definitely feel stronger and healthier.
Somehow, I'm now someone who looks forward to exercising!
Wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Pete and Relentless Performance.
I highly recommend Relentless PT & Performance. I have been chasing down chronic low back and neck pain for 3 years. I am a very active 50 year old person who loves running, skiing, biking, golf, yoga, etc… and my back pain slowed that all down. I spent 2 years at multiple PT visits, orthopedic consults, alternative therapies (dry needling, deep tissue massage, acupuncture) until I was referred to Peter. Relentless PT brought a whole new unique perspective to healing and recovery which involved building more strength, staying “appropriately” active under consistent guidance of a knowledgeable, likable, responsive professional. Pete listens and tailors your program to what you need during that journey. He is very compassionate and encouraging. The environment is personal, friendly, and motivating to be a part of. It is NOT your typical PT clinic, much more performance/results driven. I have since referred my husband with chronic knee and back issues to Peter and my high school son for strength coaching to enhance his performance on the sports field. Overall, I am very thankful that Dr. Peter has created this unique model of PT and Fitness training that I feel as a Nurse is very much lacking in todays medical environment.
