(August 3, 2023, 9:55 am)I called Steve blindly because he could come out on a weekend, and he was super responsive and super prompt. Unfortunately he needed to order toilet parts but he was back two days later to do the installation. In fact, he had to go back to the supplier that same day because of some missing pieces, but he came back the same day and also came back the next day for some adjustments. Steve is a great guy, friendly, responsive and professional. We will use him again!

(December 20, 2020, 11:43 am)The top part of this review is more recent: Steve Reid is the best! He also repaired our toilets in the upstairs and downstairs bathroom. We simply would not consider using another person to take care of our plumbing needs. We trust him and are very satisfied with his work.
This part is from our first experiencedI decided to add this to Steve Reid is totally professional, responsive & reasonable. He came by on a Saturday and was able to effectively repair an old leaky basement pipe. He also fixed a broken hot water faucet in our spare bathroom. We could not be happier and will use this service in the future.
