I was given Mike and his father's name about 4 years ago, from a family memeber. Mike and his dad have done numerous jobs on multiple vehicles for my family, they have save us thousands of dollars and made sure our vehicles are always safe. Recently I had 2017 Cadillac transmission replaced by Mike. I had one of those warranty you see on TV (car sheid stay away run by new company 👎) which I purchased. Of course, they tried not to cover it. Mike fought effortlessly to get the vehicle fixed. After few weeks, Mike finally got the warranty company to do the right thing. Because of his knowledge, and explaining how, If they did the type repair that they wanted done, the vehicle would not be fixed right and the work would have to be duplicated. After getting the car back, it is perfect. I'd like to thank Mike and his father for all the work they've done to my vehicles. I would highly recommend them. They're smart business people. They want you coming back multiple times with multiple vehicles. They don't want to get rich on one car repair. They are an honesty hard working family bussness.
These guys are the best! Always fair, always honest and very knowledgable. They will explain the problem so us non mechanics can understand.
Having been brought up in the automotive repair business I strive to go above and beyond for my clients! My father was my mentor and he lived a life full of integrity and compassion! To say Jim Reid went above and beyond is an understatement! A “minor” rear-ender turned into much more, and he got my daughters vehicle in and out in less than a week. So good to know there is an honest and reliable repair shop close to my daughters new residence.
Reids Auto is awesome!! I called one morning because my car wouldn't start and I needed a new mechanic. He had me come right in and figured out my problem right away! The rates are awesome too! I would absolutely recommend Jim to anyone looking for a new mechanic.
Jim and Mike will move heaven and earth to fix your car quickly, correctly and inexpensively. I've been going to them for 15 years, and have received 5-star service every time. They are kind, honest, and wise about what you really need or don't need in repairs and maintenance. Without a doubt these guys are the absolute pinnacle of best auto service I have ever encountered. They're especially honest, respectful, patient and accommodating to ladies like me, who may be less knowledgeable about mechanical things.
