  Aaron is simply the best. I found him 8 years ago and out of the dozens I've seen between, I have found his practice to be unlike anything you'll find in the area. He is quick, incredibly skilled, and offers a fully comprehensive understanding of how to identify and resolve whatever issue you may be encountering. I've seen him for a variety of things -- plantars fasciitis, blocked chakras, tension headaches, overall stress, etc -- and I always leave feeling a million times better AND with a better understanding of what's behind what's causing the physical ailment. I can't recommend Aaron enough.

  I’ve been going to Regrowth Integrative acupuncture for the last 4 years. I highly recommend seeing Aaron! He is an amazing Acupuncturist and has a passion for truly helping to assist your body in achieving balance and wellness.

  Aaron is the best when it comes to acupuncture. This is some of the only treatment that has effectively helped me to heal from some of the injuries I have sustained. If you physically, emotionally, or spiritually need some help, then this is the place to go to!

  This acupuncture is worth the drive out of Philly to Lafayette Hill.
  
  I find Aaron's acupuncture to be very holistic. Each time I go in, Aaron listens to what is happening in my life (both the good and bad), and is able to treat not only my physical issues, but also my mental and emotional states. I always walk out calmer, relaxed, in less pain, happier, and more able to deal with the stressors of life (work stressors, romantic issues, and family troubles etc).
  
  I was so used to acupuncture treating only physical pain, I have been amazed at the other benefits I get each time I go in.
  
  Overall, I highly recommend Aaron Mittica's acupuncture.

  Great to have a new acupuncturist to the area. Aaron is very thorough and able to explain Chinese medicine in terms that worked for me. He was sensitive to my fears of needles, and walked me through the whole process. He was able to alleviate my pain, and I felt completely relaxed after the treatment.
