  I have Regina’s come once a month and they do a great and thorough job every time. They are careful with my things and ensure to ask each time if I have any preferences. Super respectful with wearing PPE and keeping distance while inside. Office is also super responsive and helpful, always return phone calls if can’t answer the first time. Would highly recommend!

  First time customer and I needed a really thorough cleaning. I was not disappointed. The women arrived on time and were very diligent in getting a lot of work done in a couple hours. They paid attention to detail and my house feels new again. I would highly recommend using them. Great service, kind and courteous staff.

  Your ladies left the place spotless and meticulously clean! My wife is a tough judge when she compares her work to others in her house. These ladies surpassed her expectations!!
  
  From the initial call to the day we received our services the process was very professional, fast, and comprehensive! I am a firm believer in great customer service and Regina Maids delivered!   We are very pleased with Regina's maids...they come twice a month, call to confirm the appointment the day before and usually do a great job. We have left notes indicating special attention to certain areas, etc and they have always obliged. I will agree with other reviewers that you don't always get the same cleaning people each time and some are more thorough than others. For the price and the convenience, I think Regina's is the way to go.

  We have used Regina's Maids for a few years now, both as 'on call' and for a period when we had a regular monthly cleaning set up. The cleaners themselves are always very friendly and respond to specific requests. They are the most consistent of the local services we've tried, I'm always able to get someone on the phone, and when we had the monthly service they'd always call with a reminder. In all of the years we have only had a couple occasions where they ran late or had an issue - for the most part we are always able to get an appointment when we needed it, even within as little as one day. From what I understand they are under new management and seem to really be making efforts to continue to improve the company. I recommend!
