(April 21, 2023, 3:34 pm)A year ago, I endured an unfortunate and quite serious illness that required an ICU stay, for nearly a month, with multiple (8) and debilitating surgeries. Post discharge, the hospital was unable to meet the requests of pain management and my surgeon phoned him while in office, personally, and Dr. Rousseau (Reggie, as he called him) accommodated me immediately following that conversation; “send her over now.” Since last June, I have been treated with the utmost level of care, compassion, dignity, and concern for my healing journey and comfort as I navigate my way through this most challenging and painful time. He always takes my opinions and recommendations with seriousness and full explanation of why or why not they may help contribute to the effort. We have been working on alternative solutions, with his advocacy and my well being in mind, and I couldn’t be more appreciative for him and his office staff that are always willing to accommodate my needs and requests promptly with ease. I’m so grateful to have him. I have nothing but good things to look forward to in my healing with him as a one of the primary doctors on my healthcare team.

(March 4, 2022, 7:36 pm)I have been a patient under Dr. Rousseau’s care for three years. He has worked tirelessly to get to the bottom of my pain and “fix me” as I would put it. From the very beginning, Dr. Rousseau listened, understood who I was as a patient and as a person. I was never ignored, made to feel like my pain was insignificant or felt rushed. Unfortunately, over time, Dr. Rousseau was limited by the horrific battles I had with Workers Compensation. Dr. Rousseau never gave up, he never told me to go to another doctor, he was consistent and thorough and battled through with me. During the difficult “waiting time” of getting approvals to move forward with procedures he cared and did whatever treatments he could to try to alleviate my pain. I highly recommend Dr. Rousseau for anyone needing pain management. Dr. Rousseau is the exemplary measure of what a doctor should be and I am more than grateful.

(December 17, 2021, 12:22 pm)Dr. Rousseau saw me for lower back pain and we tried a number of solutions like injections and physical therapy however those never worked.
At one point during a visit he said something that stuck with me "with the issues we know you have it doesn't line up with the amount of pain or the location you're experiencing, maybe try acupuncture?"
After 7 years of back pain and seeing countless specialists he was the last doctor I saw. I stared doing acupuncture and meditation, read about Dr. Sarno and his theories on pain management and I'm now virtually pain free for 3 years.
Had Dr. Rousseau not suggested an alternative therapy I very likely would still be in pain today or have underdone unnecessary surgeries.

I’m forever grateful for his wonderful care, and I trust him with my life for nearly 14 years in his Operating Rooms for injections and anesthesia always extremely safe and comfortable. (June 30, 2021, 11:11 am)I suffered from ongoing pain in both my shoulders and upper back for quite some time. I went to a orthopedic doctor and with very little observation quickly recommended surgery for my shoulder pain. I decided to seek advice from Dr. Rousseau, who was highly recommended from a family member. It has been life-changing working with Dr. Rousseau. Not only did he say surgery was not his advice, he treated me with empathy and provided solutions that ultimately alleviated my pain with patience and consistency, leveraging his experience with pain management and physical therapy. I would highly recommend Dr. Rousseau to anyone who needs a professional and immensely skilled pain management doctor.
