  When my mom was in need of rehab, I was very nervous about the kind of care she would receive. I am so impressed by each of the staff I have encountered. I rest easily knowing that she is being cared for so well.

  I’ve visited several similar facilities in the past 20 years, and I was very impressed by the bright updated atmosphere and the staff I observed. I would recommend Regency House to anyone looking for a place to recover from illness.

  So far my mom is very happy here. Just glad to know she’s eating well and receiving her therapy. I can see the improvement and she likes all her nurses/aides!

  Regency Passport has been more than a home away from home with an amazing structured rehab program for our mother. Mom had experienced many staff that were compassionate, understanding, and sensitive to moms, medical and emotional needs. It was clear that the support of staff, aids and professionals was knowledgeable and presented as an experienced & extraordinary team who always made themselves available for mom. We want to give thanks to so many for providing such comfort during this lengthy journey, helping mom to reach her goal and heading home. Mom wants to thank the dietary Director Nikki, L for her continual efforts and creating mom‘s favorite foods. So many options and choices of delicious entrées. She used so many tricks to entice mom‘s appetite, all with such compassion. We witnessed creativity with endless effort of special orders. Nicki never gave up on mom, so devoted, to mom‘s needs. As a family we have a debt of thanks also to the social service Director Deb O. Deb helped mom in so many ways. Her countless motivation to address mom’s many services & supports, medical coverage, etc. she truly provided value added device. Deb also played an amazing role in providing continual moral support to mom. She also provided support for the family when needed and we are all forever grateful for that as well. We also want to thank head nurse in Passport, Rhi H., Who went above and beyond to meet all mom’s medical needs and most importantly, keeping lines of communication opened with APRNs, Jen and Jackie, & continually on top of mom’s medical needs. The nursing staff on passport was amazing and always consistent in addressing mom‘s medical and emotional needs. We want to thank RN, Sara B, RN, Rachel, D, RN, Rachel, P and Terry, M, for their continual thoughtfulness and compassion with providing excellent care on a daily basis & always so thorough. Mom wants to thank Garfield A for his consistent attentiveness, compassion, thoroughness, and energy. He always promptly managed to meet mom’s needs and follow up on her requests. Mom also found that Olivia S has always been a very gentle, kind and a trusting aid with extreme compassion, and also very thorough and attentive to all mom‘s requests. Other aids we want to think our Amber, Mia, T, Donna, F, Keisha, M and all others who have been amazing contributors and helping mom in recovery. The PT/OT team worked well to help mom meet her goals. We also want to think the Director of the recreational department, Susan R for her continual efforts to keep mom active in her community at Regency. The entertainment is definitely a treasured memory. Thank you also Dawn be for contributing, coordinating all mom‘s transitions and helping ensure that a smooth discharge occurred. Also thanks to Ivy P for helping coordinate and scheduling moms many appointments in the community, always dependable in getting he job done.
  Mom will be forever blessed for her memorable experiences, acquaintances and friendships found at Regency and will take home with her today. Thank you all,

  My best friend had a very complex surgery that rendered him in need of exceptional rehabilitation as it was his foot .
  He admitted to Regency House Nursing and Rehabilitation.
  From the moment he arrived he was treated so wonderfully.
  After his 2nd evening the evening staff took 45 minutes to prep him to finally take a shower.He is young and was hungry. The food he cannot speak enough well about. The dietary staff checks on him often. For rehabilitation we couldn’t have done much better. They have been professional kind patient and quite skilled at helping him. Finally the Director of Admissions, went above and beyond as she always does in making him feel welcome and comfortable
  I highly recommend Regency House for your family or friends
