  Regatta is a great company to work with. If you need help designing, buying and installing a dock they are the best Mike and his team are great at design. Matt, Dan, Rory, Isah and other members of the crew are great installers, thoughtful and top notch pros. And if you ever have a problem, they are there in a flash to help you sort it out. Tim and I think they are simply the best. I highly recommend that if you are in the market for a dock you check them out.

  Our family entrusted Regatta Dock with restoring our pontoon boat. Knowing that the boat has a lot of history in our family, Matt and his team went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, and walked us through every step of the process. The end result exceeded our expectations, from the craftsmanship to the customer service and attention to detail.

  Having spent 20 years of my life coordinating a team to put our docks in (and at the end of the season out) of the water was stressful (and labor intensive) to say the least. In 2010 our family purchased new docks from Regatta and we’ve not looked back!! Matt and his team make the process of putting the docks and lift into the water easy and predictable. Over the years they’ve always been eager to help with accessories, to answer any questions, and most recently in helping to purchase a pontoon boat lift. The customer service from Regatta is unparalleled- a true family business who makes my family also feel like their family whenever we need anything. Thanks for making my favorite place on earth even more enjoyable by selling a product and standing by it many years later.

  I contacted Regatta Docks to inquire about a boat lift back in January via his website. I was pleasantly surprised when Mike gave me a call back within an hour. Mind you I placed my request sometime after 6pm Est. He was very knowledgeable about his products that he carries. He also had no issues putting them against each other for the best value or performance to pass on to his customers. I’ve been so very pleased with his service not only did I order a lift for my surf boat, but am now in the process of getting a new floating dock as well. Mike’s communication, honesty and transparency is why I’m a repeat customer. I was looking for boat lifts online and had done my homework. Regatta, got me right in the same ball park as these other bigger online companies. If your ever in CT, I’d give him a call to stop in look at his showroom of docks. This way you can feel the different material decking he has to offer and pick his brain. He’s a wealth of knowledge and has been in the ski community for years.

  Had an older dock system that I wanted to match with composite but keep the wood look. Regatta came over listen to what I wanted and did a great job on the install. What really was impressive is Mike the owner came over and did not like how the old dock system connected with the new stock system and took it on his own to make sure it met his quality standards. Since then we had some very intense thunderstorms ⛈ that my MasterCraft Prostar was happy with her new home. Great Job Regatta Docks‼️
