(August 15, 2023, 11:01 am)Had a quick appointment with Dr. Swan this morning. I was home in an hour. Like Dr. Swan very much. My first time at the Cheshire office. I will go there from now on as it is not as busy as Hamden and there is one doctor at a time there.

(August 10, 2023, 10:30 am)Dr Swan is fantastic ... and the flow through the office was efficient and timely. Eyebrows raised with new costs (refraction exam), which wasn't there before ... though suspect that has more to do with ReFocus than the practice itself. The challenge of getting in is real - they're booked solid for 6 months. But my followup is 1 year away, so easy to book at this time.

(July 24, 2023, 1:18 pm)My visit was a much more pleasant experience than in past appointments. I had a reoccurring issue and I was able to get in to see the doctor the next day. My waiting time was significantly improved from past visits. Doctor Swan explains things clearly and is a great doctor..
