The fish here are incredibly healthy. Overall great selection and great prices. The owner is really friendly and knowledgeable. I exclusively shop here for my reefing needs now
I stopped in to ask a question. The store is clean and the owner is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful! I walked out of the store feeling confident and reassured about what I needed to do for my fish. I highly recommend them!
I started shopping at Reef Shark a few months ago and have been there about five times. The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable, although a little hard to understand at times (it appears they are Mandarin native speakers). They have a nice selection of fish and corals and are still adding more tanks and livestock. The prices are very competitive. Reef Shark is definitely now going to be on my regular rotation of aquarium visits.
Everyone Welcome J to his brand new store in Long Island. The nicest owner and very knowledgeable. He's still working hard on setting up the store. J always have time to offer advice and answer all my questions me or my girlfriend ask him . J have better deals then the other fish store I been too . J been helping me since I start my first saltwater tank for like 6 months now .
This store is a brand new addition to the many reef/saltwater specialized fish stores on long island, and I just have to say that its my favorite after the first visit. The owner and his wife are very kind, and the store has a clean and fresh look to it. The fish and corals are more than reasonably priced, and look insanely healthy. Today I purchased one of their leopard wrasses, and just watching the care that went into catching and bagging the fish blew me away. This fish was so healthy that by the time I acclimated her, she didn't even attempt to burrow into the sand, but went right for the pods on the glass, and within the first few minutes she was eating frozen food. This store just started up, but the livestock selection is more than admirable, with lots more to come. Their dry goods stock isn't complete yet, but by the looks of the food selection they have, I could tell that they definitely know what they are doing. Lots of potential, and I hope everyone gets the chance to check them out!!!
