  Went here for lunch and not wanting beef or chicken went with fish and chips. I've visited Red Robin before but burger was always the choice. So this was a gamble. My wife, who ordered the same thing and I were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the fried fish. Nice serving of tender, flaky fish, delicious breading and served with tarter sauce and cole slaw.
  However, the steak fries were lukewarm and limp. It was a bottomless fry promotion and so we explained our issue and the waitress brought out a fresh order of steak fries, nice and hot but still kind of limp. Still, we left satisfied and will give them another chance to correct their potato fail!

  I have not been to red Robin in years, but it was my sons birthday and thats where he wanted to go. First the service was excellent, the waitress was very informative about everything and we never had to ask for a refill she already had it at the table. The manager came and was very nice also asking us how we were liking everything. Then the food, delicious! The garlic fries were so good with the campfire sauce. I enjoyed everything we ordered and look forward to going back

  Everything was good, sort of. This was an early evening supper for the misses and I. When we were seated there was no napkins or utensils. We ordered our appetizer and though the server mentioned earlier that he would bring us napkins and utensils, there was none. We ate the fried pickles with delight. We took our time as well. When we finished, still no napkins. Fortunately, I had my dirty work pants to use. But the misses was out of luck. I had flagged down an employee, she looked in 2 locations then apologized and headed to the kitchen to get us napkins.
  The main dishes came out. Something was amiss. I asked the misses, isn't that supposed to come with a bun? The waiter couldn't believe that they forgot it and asked another employee to get a tosted bun with mayo on it.
  Still no forks.
  The food was as expected. Even better because they had no issues making my burger a custom made as requested.
  In the end, for a 6 dollar appetizer, one water and one soda with 2 sandwiches to was about 46 dollars before tip.
  We will return, but not anytime soon.

  Went on a chilly day, early June. It was below 50° outside. This place was freezing! The table was directly in front of the kitchen and every time it opened, the cold breeze was making the dining experience so uncomfortable. Food was good, loved the bacon cheese dip. They do accommodate low carb and wrap burger in lettuce. Kids loved it and stated so much better than fast food.
