As far as I'm concerned, Elizabeth Willms is a saint. Today, from Oregon, I had to coordinate the pick-up of the contents of my storage locker by a moving company plus have someone there to sign the appropriate paperwork. The gentleman who was supposed to sign the documents at the last minute could not make it. Only 3 people were authorized to sign the papers. Elizabeth had offered the morning of the pickup to help me out if needed. With 15 minutes left before the moving company was to leave the locker with my furniture, my other friend was too far away to be there in time. Now Elizabeth is my new best friend. She left an appointment and was there for me. Not once did she say, " It's not my job to babysit your stuff" but was there when I needed her. Gladly!!! The people at Red Hook Self Storage run a class operation. Signed, A very happy renter
