My husband and I used Ken Grosso to sell our house. Ken is professional and always returned my phone calls. Selling a house is stressful but Ken took a lot of the stress away from the process. Between having a great lawyer (Debra Himber) and Ken the process of selling was a good experience. I would recommend Ken Grosso and Associates if you are selling your home.

We decided to downsize and put our house up on the market. After several months with another agent we contacted Ken. He put together a marketing plan and we were quickly under contract. He also found us an excellent home, only 3 years old, in one of the Whiting active adult communities. Ken negotiated a very favorable price and we closed on that home. Ken is extremely honest and puts in a tremendous amount of effort for his clients.

I have know Ken for several years. I met him when I was working in a Nursing Home and saw how he went above and beyond with one of my residents. Ken is a man with integrity, he truly cares about his clients needs and will not stop until they are happy. Ken is very professional and has a lot patients, and he will do a great job for you. I highly recommend Ken and his team for your real estate needs. Ken has helped me several times along with several of my friends and family members. He just recently helped my sister transition from South Carolina to New Jersey. Along with helping her with finding her new home, he also hooked her up with the right person to sell her property in St. Croix. Ken Grosso is truly an expert in Real Estate . His knowledge of the market was precise . He has a superb reputation with other Realtors . Any appointment I asked for he was able to get immediately . Prior to meeting Ken I was having a very hard time getting appointments to view homes. He was knowledgeable , prompt , precise ,prepared and ethical . He is one of the best Realtors I have worked with . As a buyers agent for me he was amazing . Viewing him from a Realtor perspective he is a professional on every level . I was very impressed with Ken .I have recommended him to my family and they are equally impressed . He found us the home of our dreams . He was with us every step of the way . After our father died in June, 2020, my sister and I were charged with selling our dad’s home. Prior to his passing, our father had lived in a co-op community in the Toms River, NJ-area.

Unfortunately, there was a lot of politicking when it came to selling our father’s unit as a board member wanted to sell the home and collect a commission, something the 55+ retirement community allows despite its board members not being licensed. When we decided to list the unit with Ken Grosso, things became rather heated.

Ken swooped in and navigated the tricky waters surrounding the situation with amazing skill, patience, understanding and support. He rose above the nit-picking and acted as the consummate professional throughout.

Mr. Grosso had our dad’s unit under contract in considerably less than two weeks. He managed all the repairs that were required, oversaw inspections and cared for my father’s place as if it were his own (my sister and I live out of state and were unable to oversee activities leading up to the final sale).

After we learned a neighbor had entered our dad’s home without permission, Ken changed the lock on the door. He paid for the lock and installed it…he then refused to be reimbursed for his out-of-pocket expenses or his valuable time!

Not once during the time we had the pleasure of working with Ken did he ever discuss his commission. His focus was always on treating our father’s home with respect and finding a buyer who would do the same. Ken is in the business for the right reason – to serve his clients to the best of his ability.

My one regret is that Ken doesn’t live in NC so we could continue our working relationship. I cannot recommend Ken Grosso more fervently than I am – he’s a modest real estate expert you can truly trust to operate with your best interests at heart. If I could give him more than five stars, I most certainly would!!!
