They take care of everything and are truly knowledgeable about whatever you need - new exercises, equipment, etc. I like how they make sure the workout is challenging and fun for your own goals. It has become one of my favorite parts of the week and I will never stop using them!

(September 20, 2021, 11:49 am)I’ve been going to Ray’s for a year now and absolutely love it! I mostly see Alec who is amazing, but have worked with several of their trainers and they’re all awesome. The gym is always really private and the machines are great and the training is encouraging and the right amount of challenging.
