  We worked with Steve because we had been getting major clogs in our main pipe line that leads to the public sewer. There were so many tree roots that had infiltrated the pipe and was clogging way too often so we were snaking a lot. We decided to invest and look for a company to do the CIPP treatment that lines your pipes to keep out water for getting to the roots to solve the problem. Steve was awesome at explaining the process and the technology and was very efficient in his work. It is hard to find service providers that are thoughtful, human-centered and also professional and he was able to provide all of that to us. I highly recommend working with him and his services.

  I had a cracked/broken sewer line. Steve from Ray Rooter came to clean the line so we can get a good look at it then ran a liner through it to prevent any tree roots from getting back in there. Steve was very professional and was always willing to hop on a call to explain what work was needed, and why. The work was done as efficiently as possible and with minimal disturbance. I'm a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend Ray Rooter if you need plumbing work.

  Steve was recommended to me by a mutual friend of a neighbor. He was able to come the day after I called him. Professional & responsive. 10/10 would work with him again. He resolved a nasty drain clog for us very quickly. Great service!

  Loved working with Ray Rooter for lining a part of our sewer line. Steve helped us come up with the right solution when there were so many options to choose from. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job of patiently helping us understand what each process was going to entail. Would highly recommend!

  Ray Rooter is reliable and gets the job done right the 1st time. I’ve called Steve for numerous emergencies around my house and they were resolved immediately or next day. I will continue to hire Steve for any of my future plumbing needs and would recommend him to anyone!
