(March 14, 2023, 10:13 am)Ray Life Coaching appeared at exactly the right time. I was realizing that I needed someone to help me figure out where I am now, and what happens next. Ray was that set of outside eyes that could help me see myself more clearly. To have someone who was non-judgmental gently poke me into really examining myself was just what I needed. She suggested things to look at and explore, ways to work on myself that I wasn’t doing or had forgotten about doing. Having accountability in checking in with someone on a regular basis that really listens to me and can provide feedback on progression, or stalling is incredibly valuable. During calls with Ray Life Coaching I never felt rushed there was always time to talk about whatever I needed to. Ray is very compassionate and I never felt that this was a bootcamp, always a collaborative process. Working with Ray has given me tools to move forward and realization that I am not alone; there is someone there whenever I need positive support, guidance or just a gentle kick in the bum.
