  I Purchased a RX 350 for me and my wife to share. My salesman was Ivan very professional patient and understanding. The sales manager Manny along with Ivan made my purchase as painless as possible. The Lexus rate for financing was great but no hard push or extra charge if you use your own bank or credit union. This facility is very professional and non-pressured. The whole staff provides a pleasant and professional atmosphere.

  Shout Out To Tony, You Have a lifetime customer. There was not really much going back and fourth and you made a deal happen promptly. Showed me everything about the vehicle, introduced me to the service center, I will be returning here for my future cars, it seems like you love your job and have a passion to do it.   I don't always write the reviews, but this time is the exception. My experience of buying a car in Larchmont Lexus was awesome. No traps, no games, and no hidden fees! I didn't pay an extra penny out of my pocket! I got low APR 4.25% without having to bargain. The sales people knew the cars very well. They knew exactly what is difference between the different packages and why they perform differently. The same company at a different branch they gave me 6.25%APR and the sales person knew nothing about the car when I asked the same question. Recently I have dealt with a lot of car dealers, car garages and HVAC people since there are something wrong with my old car and home central AC system. I have lost trust in a lot of people! But this time this experience helped me regained some of the trust. There are still some great people out there. Thanks for Michael and Manny! 100% I will recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a Lexus and you will not regret!

  Looking for a new car , I had went to a few dealers in the area of larchmont. A stop at ray catena lexus in larchmont was actually not on the top of our list just because i had other cars in mind. So as i was driving home,  I remembered ray catena was in the area, so me and wife discussed why dont we look at a lexus. So we made it to ray catena, and immediately felt at ease at comfort as we entered the dealer. even without an appointment service was excellent. Barbara from the front desk hepled us around and directed us to someone who can let us look at a few rx350's. We were happy we stopped to look. we eventually made an appointment with a sales person. And we got assigned to Luis Tatis. And in all my experience in buying cars over the years , never have i encountered a sales person as engaging, honest, efficient and detailed as Luis Tatis.
  he exceeded our expectations. the deal he came up with was upfront , transparent and worth my going back and forth to ray catena for 4x's in a week . Luis was really dedicated in placing our needs as customer 1st rather than just making a sale for himself , we got a '21 rx350, very happy. and we would easily do business again with ray catena with their customer 1st policy , hopefully Luis Tatis will be there to take care of us again in the future..  Ray Catena lexus + Luis Tatis = satisfaction.

  To say I’m happy is an understatement. Thank you so much Luis Tatis for the amazing work you did to get me my new NX350.
  I looked around to other Lexus dealerships before finding Luis. He’s the most amazing person you’ll ever meet - super helpful and informative. You can tell he loves his job, he’s not like the rest of them - definitely one of a kind.
