  It took a long time to find the right contractor. We interviewed several but the search was over when we consulted with Tom Rasinski of Rasinski Construction LLC. There are some traits that are non-negotiable when trusting someone to work on your home. They need to be open to ideas, patient when questions come up or changes need to be made. They must be communicative and responsive - great at keeping to their scheduled timeline, and if any issues come up - quick to find a solution. They should have experienced, professional and knowledgable subcontractors (friendly is always a plus!). Above all, there should be quality craftsmanship. Rasinski Construction ticks all these boxes (with a sense of humor and a love a dogs to boot)! Such a pleasure to deal with Tom and his team. We're looking forward to the next project with them.

  I cannot say enough positive things about Tom and the Rasinski Construction team after completing our recent kitchen/living room remodel! From the initial planning phase to each step in the actual construction to the final finishing work, Tom was honest, reliable and always positive.
  
  Rasinski Construction's 20+ year experience was evident in the communication skills between each of the crew members and me as the client. We were always made aware of the next steps in the process and we were happy our remodel finished on time and on budget!
  
  I'd highly recommend Rasinski Construction to a friend or neighbor looking to have quality work completed with a professional staff of craftsmen!

  I used Rasinski Construction to install several exterior doors and install some crown molding on existing kitchen cabinets. They were recommended by the owner of the door supply company, so I had no idea what to expect. Tom was very professional from the minute he arrived to give an estimate, which was in a matter of days from when I first called. The work was scheduled promptly once the material arrived, and Tom's crew (led by Paul) did an excellent job and were very professional the entire time they were at my house. They also did a great job of protecting the floors and cleaning up after they were finished. In this day of post-COVID contractors, so many of them are underqualified or book more work than they can handle, on top of price gouging the customers, or taking deposits and never completing the work. Tom was a breath of fresh air, as his price was fair, he was honest, and the quality of work was exceptional. Im glad they were recommended to me as I will reach out to Tom first when I do some larger projects, and I would recommend them to anyone without any hesitation.

  Highly recommend Tom and his team! They finished our basement and handled everything from framing to Sheetrock, electrical, plumbing and feature walls. Tom was extremely communicative so we always knew what was happening and when. His and his team’s attention to detail is unparalleled and results in super high quality. He is also very personable and clearly treats his crew with respect. We can’t wait to work with him again!

  We were looking for someone for a complete bathroom remodel and after meeting with Tom decided to hire Rasinski Construction. What a great decision - we are very happy with how everything turned out and how the process went. Tom and his team were professional, punctual, patient and thorough. I would definitely recommend Tom and Rasinski Construction as well as use them again in the future.
