  It is an old time neighborhood pharmacy with a diligent and caring staff. It stays current in services offered such as prepackaged daily medications. Thankful for Raritan Valley Pharmacy.

  Old Fashioned Service with Modern Communication!
  I had to switch pharmacies from a well-known chain to Raritan Valley Pharmacy due to insurance coverage. However, I am glad I did and will stick with this pharmacy. Each pharmacist takes time with you to explain medication, insurance, and the renewal process. I feel like I stepped back in time to that ideal, old-fashioned pharmacy, where the pharmacist was helpful rather than aloof. I give this pharmacy five stars. They are the friendliest and most knowledgeable people in the business. I highly recommend them.

  I highly recommend Raritan Valley pharmacy. The pharmacist went above and beyond to help me get my prescription filled quickly and was so pleasant Cvs! Cvs on Milltown didn't even call me to say that they couldn't get my
  medecine. However, Raritan Valley set up my new account, retrieved my info and filled my prescription the same day. Everyone was very personable and helpful. They also gave me a coupon towards my prescription and it cost less than what Cvs charges. I will definitely use Raritan Valley Pharmacy in the future!

  My 94-year-old mother used this pharmacy, Raritan Valley Pharmacy, for years, when she lived in town - as she got older, I interfaced with them, and they made my life easy, putting me on file, and her charge card, and texting me when her prescriptions were ready and other information
  She has since moved to assisted living and no longer uses them, but a couple of weeks ago, she wanted to get her booster shot and flu shot – of course the assisted living facility provides these health services too, but they are not timely and the paperwork is just stupid, especially for her, so I decided to go outside to get them for her, and I could take her out to eat (nice!)
  While determining where to go, I made the decision to not go to any of the big pharmacy chains, and to come back to Raritan Valley Pharmacy – why? . . . well, I think the service is more personable, the staff has always been so nice and helpful, and why give the payment to one of the large chains and instead help this small in-town pharmacy out
  I made the correct decision, for Shirley – we came in, she uses a walker, and they told her to just sit in a chair closest to her/not in the shot location . . . and they came to her – Rushit was the administer of the shots, and he exhibited great manners and grace with her – he made small talk, spoke up when needed (she also is hard of hearing, even with hearing aids) and explained everything fully – it was just a wonderful experience for her and I am so happy I chose to come back to them
  As for me, I wish I could change to this pharmacy, however, with the drug plan I have, I have to go to CVS – oh my dog bad! . . . first their receipts read like war ‘n peace, the one on Milltown road is ALWAYS crowded/you have to wait a very long time, I have had some screw-ups with some prescriptions there, and there seems to be only one really competitive person there (I know her by her first name now) - I have their app, which I think is nice/makes reordering easier, however, they always turn-on auto refills on me, even after I turn them off in the app, tell them in person to turn them off, and called corporate to turn all of them off – lately they have been calling me too (“time to refill”) which I no longer answer – I wish I could change to Raritan Valley Pharmacy, however I am stuck in CVS hades
  However, I need my booster (I was told to wait awhile as I recently had a flu and tetanus shot at my GP – also a small-time single location doctor) and I want to get the latest shingle shot, and I will be going there, rather than a large chain, especially not CVS
  If you are looking for a nice friendly local pharmacy, even if only for COVID or whatever shot, this is the place to go – especially if you live in town – support your local pharmacy!
