  We recently had our roof replaced by Rapid Restore June of 2023. After having a very bad experience with our previous roofing company, we had a great experience with Rapid Restore from start to finish.
  
  We were especially worried about damage to the plants and flowers around our house. Rapid Restore used stretched tarps when ripping the old roofing materials and did not damage any of our plants or flowers. We were very impressed by this. We obtained three different quotes from separate roofing companies which were all very close in price.
  
  Three differences made Rapid Restore stand out. First, they included more pieces of replacement plywood and charged a lot less for any additional pieces we might need. Second, they did not charge extra for the longest warranty offered by Owens Corning or to transfer the warranty to a new owner. One contractor would have charged $500 extra for the longest warranty and $150 to transfer the warranty to another owner. Third, Rapid Restore provided us with a link to a folder of photos and videos so I could watch the project, from on top of the roof, be done in real time. We would highly recommend Rapid Restore to anyone in the future.

  Rapid Restore is all they claim to be! From the president who personally came to the house for the estimate, to the project manager, and the team of professionals who did the work and cleanup. Very impressive as far as the whole process went. Honest, friendly, courteous, neat and thorough. I will definitely use them again when needed and refer them to neighbors and friends. All debris was picked up meticulously with magnets for nails, etc. and at the neighbors homes as well. All in one day!!!! Great job! Thanks again!

  The team at Rapid Roofing and Repair did a great job. They did everything that they said they would do. I was impressed with Jacob, Cassie and the team that came to my house. We were very pleased with the results.

  I recently installed new roof and gutter at Rapid Restore Roofing and was thoroughly impressed with installation and impeccable service. It is well organized company. Whatever they say they have proved with paper and they sent Email and phone call every step. I have never seen this kind of company, which is well organized and well prepared and well responded, in construction companies. Above all, they did excellent work as well. Thank you, Jo, Cassie and Garry. If you ask me to be able to recommend this company, I will absolutely say “yes”.

  We highly recommend Rapid Restore Roofing and Restoration. We hired them to replace our roof based on reviews we read. I hope my review will help other people to choose this company as well. They did an amazing job in one day. What impressed me as much as their quality work was their customer service. It is truly second to none and I think it is just as important as the product they deliver. When I could not decide which type of shingle, one of the owners, Joe, drove me around so I could show him roofs that I liked. He wanted to make sure I would be happy with the finished product. After they completed the job my husband had a few minor concerns, in the past once contractors have completed the job good luck in getting them back even if it is minor. Rapid Restore really cared that we would be 100% completely satisfied with their work and another owner, Mike, said there was nothing too trivial for me to tell them. He immediately came back with a crew to resolve any concerns we had. I absolutely love my roof. It looks so beautiful, and we are so happy we went with Rapid Restore.
