I had some impacted earwax and didn't realize it until I woke up with total hearing loss in my left ear. They got me in to see Dr. Rao the same day and he solved my issue and took care of my other ear as well. The removal was somewhat painful at times but he kept asking me if I was ok and guided me through everything he was doing. He has excellent bedside manner which is very hard to find, his staff was also amazing , if I needed an ENT I would come again in a heartbeat!!
I found Dr. Roa based on his reviews. I had an ENT I was not happy with at all, and didn’t take the time to listen or answer questions. With Dr. Rao, he listened and answered all my questions with care and compassion. Because of him I’m feeling a lot better. He’s never overbooked so you’re the only one in the waiting room, and both receptionist I’ve dealt with have been very nice. Highly recommend!

Dr Rao is an amazing practitioner!! I saw him when I was a child 30+ years ago and he was fantastic at diagnosing and treating my ENT issues. Flash forward 25 years -I saw after having an ear injury and he helped clear it up right away. Many thanks to you and your staff for decades of consistent, amazing work!
