Randy Pelosi - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have worked with Randy Pelosi's office for a very long time. Each time I have a question, concern, have a new lease, anything - they are there to help and help fast! I recently saw a change to my insurance payments and requested it be reviewed. Sara contacted me immediately with a fix to the problem that had occurred. I will keep this car insurance for as long as I can!

Randy and his team are amazing! I ran into an issue that was imperative to rectify immediately and they jumped into high gear! They were nothing but professional in their response and they handle everything like a charm!! If all businesses could run as effectively we'd all be in a better place. Randy and his team are always very responsive and professional. I can call Randy or anyone on his team when ever I have a questions or request and it's immediately taken care of. In August of 2020 my house was damaged from a storm and I called Randy he was very responsive and quickly helped me process the claim. Anytime I add a new car to the policy Randy takes care of everything quickly and correctly.

I was signing up for car insurance for the first time and was helped by James McGuire. He was clearly very experienced and kindly answered all of my questions clearly and in detail. I was expecting a tedious experience but James made it quick, easy, and enjoyable. They didn't try to rope me into other plans that I didn't need and he seemed to genuinely be trying to help me with what was in my best interest with no pressure. I got quotes from several other insurance companies but State Farm had the best prices for my needs and James was definitely the most personable person I spoke with on the phone.

I couldn't have had a better experience using Randy Pelosi as my State Farm agent. He gave me a broad overview of my different options and was extremely thorough in explaining to a newbie the process of creating an insurance policy. He was knowledgeable, very helpful and honest.
