  We first met Tom on our painting job (he did the bathroom floor) we loved the floor and the job they did. We were redoing our kitchen and wanted his advice on floors. He gave us great advice and we took the next step and called Nancy. From start to finish Nancy was friendly, informative, patient, even through the limited hours, she was very accommodating. Picking out our floor was not easy and she was great! she really knows her stuff!!
  We would gladly use Ramtown again! Check them out, you won't be sorry!

  My fiance and I were so happy with everything about Ramtown Carpet from the minute we walked into the store all the way to the finished product. There was a wide selection of both carpet and hard flooring and the customer service we received from Nancy, Tommy, and Greg was outstanding. All three were honest, patient, knowledgable, and beyond helpful. They put absolutely no pressure on us to make a decision. We dealt mostly with Nancy and Tommy and they helped transform our fixer upper house into a home. The installation crew was quick and efficient and did an amazing job as well. I can't wait to work with Ramtown Carpet on future projects and would highly recommend them with 5+ stars to anyone that needs flooring done! Thank you Ramtown Carpet!

  From the first time my husband and I walked in to Ramtown Carpet One to the end of our installation process we could not have been more pleased with the outcome. Nancy, Tom, and the crew have made the process of putting in new floors stress free! Shopping, communication, installation (carpet and lvp), every step has been amazing! We are so in love with our new floors and the work that went into our house. As long as there is open communication they make sure everything is perfect! Thank you so much for making this process amazing! Highly recommend them for all your flooring needs.

  There is only one place to shop if you are in the market for flooring. Ramtown Carpet One is the place to go. They offer a wide selection of flooring accompanied by sound advice.
  Nancy will help with all aspects of your project, from selecting your floor to installation. She will spend as much time as needed with you, helping to choose the floor that is right for you. Her experience and patients are invaluable.
  Tom heads up the installation process. He is extremely knowledgeable about all facets of flooring. He is totally committed to customer satisfaction and to making sure the job is perfect.
  Kudos to the installation team. These men did a perfect job. They were professional and accommodating and left our rooms neat and clean.

  I have had 2 projects completed by Ramtown Carpet One. The first was in 2014 when I had wall to wall carpeting installed. In August 2018, as part of my kitchen renovation, I returned to Ramtown again because of my great experience with their store in 2014. My kitchen floor has 'unique' issues (which I won't delve into here) and I sought the advice of Nancy as to what material would be best to use for the new floor. She recommended luxury vinyl planks and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! What a great call Nancy made- she really knows her stuff! When I came to the store to choose the floor, Jesse was patient with me as I struggled to choose just the right one. Eric's installation crew were efficient and paid attention to detail. There was one minor issue that I noticed after the job was completed and Tom's concern that it be resolved quickly and to my satisfaction was reassuring. Tom & Eric came back and took care of it.
  Overall, I highly recommend Ramtown Carpet One to anyone that is looking for a professional, friendly, and stress free shopping and installation service. They made me feel like I was their only client. They are fantastic!
