  This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle entirely online. I live in the Cleveland OH area. All of my questions were promplty answered, any info or pics were immediately supplied. I made a reasonable offer on the vehicle and they met me half way.I told CJ that needed the car shipped and would have to arrange it. He said they could take care of it and they did for less money than any quote I got. Believe it or not we made a deal on Monday(Labor Day) and it was delivered and I was driving it on Wednesday! The car looks and drives like a dream. I would not hesitate to do buisness again or recommend CJ and Ramsey Motors to anyone. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

  Salesperson Cindy was great. Not pushy, and very friendly. the vehicle that we purchased last week has been amazing. And the vehicle looked even better in person than it did in the photos. Finance was also a breeze. I would definitely return to look for another vehicle. Thank you again!

  Cindy and the staff were wonderful!!! We flew in from Michigan in to pick up our Porsche and she paid attention to every detail. When we arrived, we were please to find a friendly and professional staff. Cindy added a wonderful finishing touch by giving us nice gift bag and delicious lunch recommendation! She even has a YES button!!

  After searching thousands of vehicles for a month, and test driving a handful, I saw an ad for a car being sold by Ramsey Motor Cars Inc on a website. I used various sites including car gurus, cars.com, Iseecars and carvana. I sent two emails through two sites, showing interest, looked up the number and address, and actually went there.
  
  Diego called me after getting my phone message. I explained I needed a car that day, was ready to buy and wanted to test drive the car and was in the area then looking at various dealerships.
  
  He told me the car was at their second location and I asked to see it the same day. He called ahead to set up the test drive and texted me immediately with a name and address.
  
  I went straight to the location and was greeted by another person. She took the car safely out and followed the proper and legal protocols including asking to photograph my drivers license.
  
  The car I was interested in was detailed completely and the interior was spotless. We went for the test drive on side roads and highway.
  
  I called Diego to ask important questions about their sales process. He answered everything. I then told him I had agreed to see other cars. He told me, “no pressure” I’m here when you need me.
  
  I did go see a few more cars. And called him after to make an offer. Diego then had the car brought to the Ramsey location and within 2 hours, I was approved by the bank, had the paperwork done, temporary plates on and insurance cards printed.
  
  The bank they suggested offered very very low rates and approved me right there as long as I uploaded important documents right away.
  
  I dealt also with Diego’s manager. We had a great chat and he explained all documents and necessary legal paperwork and i received copies of all documents for my files.
  I drove home in my new preowned vehicle.
  
  I have already recommend Diego to someone else just two days later. I’d absolutely recommend the company and employees.
  
  Diego was attentive, followed up, is friendly, answers all of my texts and handled himself professionally. I’m addition I saw the inventory of this company and they have mint condition vehicles on all price levels close to $10,000 on up to luxury and high performance models including Porsche, Mercedes and Range Rovers.
