  Cute little spot in Quakerbridge Mall tucked near the edge of the mall (hilariously, next to Auntie Anne's & Dunken Donuts). I got the seasonal truffle butter ramen, which is the tonkotsu but w/ corn and a slice of truffle butter which complemented the broth so well! Ramen eggs were well-marinated and jammy all the way through (my friend got a second egg), chashu was tender with melt-in-your-mouth layers, and noodles had a good bite to them. They have a dessert menu too, just ask the servers!

  I ordered my favorite, noodles with just plain broth and truffle butter. It was great as always! The waitresses Diana and Simone remember all the details with me and my mom’s complicated order, they are great workers! The green tea is the best! I like it on side of my noodles!

  As a vegetarian, I’m super impressed by the vegetarian option! They have more then one options for vegetarian ramen (where most ramen shops just has one lol), and even some vegetarian appetizers(gyoza, bao, etc)!
  We were given the flexibility to do half pork n half vegetable for the gyoza order with no extra charge, super happy!!!
  We had the spicy miso ramen in vegetarian & non-vegetarian versions, the portion and toppings of the bowls were impressive! My only complaint is the broth is a lil light/ watery for me and could be more flavorful, but overall it was an enjoyable dining experience!

  Wow! I loved Ramen Nagomi. As a vegan, it has taken me longer than imaginable to find a flavorful, unique ramen, and Ramen Nagomi does a great job of making a spicy, hearty bowl of it. There were plenty of vegetables, noodles were fresh and cooked properly, and the tofu was delicious. The Tofu Bao was also so yummy-soft baos and hot and packed with veggies. The experience of dining in was very enjoyable, pricing was reasonable, and the waiters are friendly and helpful. I also admire that there are multiple vegan options, so you don't have to always substitute meat or force yourself to have the one vegan option. If you're looking for a hot bowl of ramen, I highly recommend doing dine-in for the best experience :)

  Nagomi Ramen is a chain ramen stop. Very clean, well staffed , great menu and delicious food. We ordered the rock shrimp tempura for appetizer. Then we had the miso crab ramen and burnt garlic ramen. Both were heavenly the broth was loaded with Umami. Couldn’t eat any dessert as we were very full. This location was conveniently located in Quaker bridge mall. Give it a shot and you won’t be disappointed.
