(August 25, 2022, 12:55 pm)So today was my first time at Rambo's Contry Store, this place saved my life. i was doing a loop at Columbia Trail, very hot day no food and no water, it was great to find this store right next to the trail, they have everything, food, drinks, snacks no more packing for me when visiting Columbia Trail.
Very good sandwiches, great homemade burger & awesome people, It's like stepping back in time to the old general store. Its a must stop if you biking or hiking at Columbia Trail -

(April 25, 2022, 10:34 am)Rambos, a place to step back in time and to enjoy the local small town feel but high quality products. These places are becoming more and more rare to find and enjoy. I enjoy coming here regularly for some of the best sandwiches around. My all time favorite is their Italian sub, but if that's not your thing, they will custom make you any sort of sandwich that you desire. Their daily soups and specials are great on those days when your just not sure what you want to eat but want some delicious. Their burgers made from beef they grind and prepare themselves are amazing. Just ask for a double burger with lettuce, tomato, and garlic powder, that's all you need! Their meat selection is some of the best around and their quality is not easily matched by any local grocery store's options and quality. They have also saved me several times when I am lacking something at home and need it quick, coffee filters, milk, or their Vanilla Extract from Grenada. The staff is very friendly and a pleasure doing business here.

(October 9, 2021, 8:05 pm)Stopped here after apple picking. Thought it would just be a snack and ended up with some great yummy sandwiches from the deli in the back. Its NOT a convenience store. Its a grocery a butcher a deli a coffee shop a lunch counter wrapped up into this 1888 built building. You'll find something here to satisfy your tastes.

(June 23, 2020, 12:23 pm)Lovely, wonderful folks here. The food is excellent. Nice rustic, traditional but elegantly organized and upbeat. Everyone is so nice. Wonderful runs for roasts and grilling. You gotta check it out.

(September 18, 2018, 3:21 pm)We went on a road trip from Bedminster to find Rambo's in the tiny town of Califon. It is a neat place with quality meats and home made sausages that they are known for but it is small and looked more like a deli. Their sandwiches are excellent as far as delis go.
