I had used Ralph in the past and was extremely satisfied with his service. This time I had driven my John Deere lawn tractor over something and it ripped the grass chute cover off. I called Ralph and explained my problem. He said that it was a simple fix and told me exactly what part to order and how to install it. He said I could pay him to come out and install the part or I could save the money and do it myself. Anybody else would have charged me an arm and a leg to do something simple, but Ralph instead chose customer service over profit. I would without recommend him to anybody who needs lawn equipment service.
First, fixed my snow blower in time for past winter's huge storm. Last week, fixed my John Deere that wouldn't start. Then, general servicing for the mower. Knowledgeable, friendly, timely, reasonable... a great resource.
And..... best of all, he comes to you!!
