Have used Ralph Warner & Son on numerous occasions. Yesterday 1/25/23 I had a dishwasher delivered from a major home improvement company. The drivers were supposed to install it. They had no clue or simply didn’t want to install it. I had them leave the dishwasher in the middle of the kitchen floor. After waiting for 20 days for the delivery, I didn’t want to wait for another appointment. I called Ralph, he was at my home 30 minutes later and did his usual great job. Bob Mulrooney
Although it was a simple clogged shower drain, we called Ralph late in the day. The following morning Ralph called us back and he was at our home within the hour. Great service, professional and reasonably priced. It's nice to know in today's day and age there is still small business owner's that care and do it right.
Ralph was very responsive and actually called back within an hour of my call even though it was not an emergency. I've used him once before and experienced the same responsiveness. He was quick with the proper repairs and at a fair price. I've used another local plumber in the past but had poor results and the worst responsiveness with no call backs even to fix work they did wrong. I will only use Ralph Warner for my plumbing needs moving forward.
Ralph knows his stuff. Very knowledgeable of fixing any problems or putting into place of what has to be done. If you need any plumbing problems or installation he is the man to go to. Very honest and dependable.
Found a leak under my toilet. Ralph returned my phone call fast, showed up fast and finished the job fast - all for a very reasonable fee. Don't bother with anyone else, this is your guy!
