  Amazing park for picnic with family. They have amazing playground for kids, easy access to river (the water is not deep) and place for bbq.

  Lovely park out of the way with picnic tables, restrooms and a small creek. Found a snake skin and a ton of tiny frogs/toads along the path. PA State Park Passport stickers were available on the maintenance building, and also at Delaware Canal State Park Office a short drive North.

  Can't believe there is a place like that so close to where I live. The high rocks trail is protected by a sturdy fence where it borders 150 foot drop offs, but would still make your stomach flip if you have the intelligence to realize how death defying being that close to the edge is. People climb these rocks with varying degrees of difficulty and there are a few memorials for people who somehow met there demise there which impacted me in a strange way. Glad our group survived without any harm!

  Nice quiet hiking area. Unfortunately it is hard to really get a good view of the trails new to lack of postings around the park. We were in the main area on a holiday and it was not crowded at all. Its got lots of hills and peaks. However, I wish there was more signs to show trails as I could not find that many. Also cell reception was hard to get here.

  I only ever go to Stover for climbing, but the trails seem very nice and manageable. The property seems large and accessible so definitely a nice place to explore. Climbing wise it’s a wonderful place for top roping - all the climbs are incredibly accessible with walk up approaches and bolts and chains that seem to be well maintained. Practice Face is well worn, climbs are often harder than their grade because of how softened the holds have become. The further down the faces you go the fresher the rock. They have some high singlepitch walls here and there too. Very good spot for beginner climbers (well versed in TR anchors).
