  Very friendly owner with a cute dog that loves to help you find the right book. Many choices of used books at a decent price. There are a ton of choices in a small spot! You are also able to bring books in to get credit for any one that you find at the store.

  Rainy day paperback is a great place to browse. It's a used bookstore (but with a small selection of new books of local interest). There are bigger bookstores, there are more current bookstores, and sure, you can order stuff on Amazon, but if you enjoy the experience of just getting totally lost in a bookstore, rummaging through things for interesting finds, it is a perfect experience. It's well-organized, but not SO well organized as to prevent a bit of serendipity when you're browsing the stacks. The owner is also involved with the local community, and has a "shared credit" program for reduced-cost books for teachers.

  Such a great little shop. Who doesn't love a friendly pupper? Nora is very friendly and offers a great selection of book.

  Nora does an amazing job curating a great selection of new and used books here. There is also a large dog that works here. Super good boy.
