  I took my 2014 Crosstrek Hybrid in for Express Service only to discover Hybrids are not serviced through Express service. Needless to say, I was disappointed given I got up early only to find out I wasted my time. However, the service team assured me they would get it done that morning by squeezing me in through the proper technician. Took a little longer than I planned, but car was serviced. I arrived at 7:15 and was out by 10. Solid service as usual. Normally 5 stars. I gave 4 stars this time because all of this could have been avoided if it was clear that a Hybrid vehicle is truly not eligible for Express service. I will make appointments moving forward. To close, I am honestly quite pleased with the professional, excellent and customer facing service at Rafferty. I will definitely remain a customer.

  Great work today. My tire unfortunately blew out while driving to work. Once they ordered my tire and received it, I was able to bring my car in and let my kids play in the kid zone while we waiting for them to take care of the car!

  Today's service was fast, well-priced, and (based on my location) convenient. I was able to get back to my day in 30 minutes with a complete inspection. Also not to mention friendly. Definitely plan on returning when my car is in need of anything.

  I came into the service center to get my second service on my new Subaru. I needed an oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection. I had checked the website to schedule my service before coming, but it looked like to me like I did not need an appointment for those things. I hadn’t made an appointment for my prior service, but I did not realize that the multi-point inspection advertised on the website was different from the state inspection. So I was pretty stressed when I arrived planning to have those things done and was told I needed an appointment (my mistake). Luckily they were able to fit me in and do the inspection with the service work, which I was very grateful for. They gave me the cost up front and we’re timely with their work. I would’ve given a 5 star review, except when I went to pick up the car they said it would be right out after they gave it a wash. The guy pulled it around, and it had clearly not been washed. There was still bird poop and dried chunks of mud from our recent camping trip. I was a little disappointed about this but didn’t feel like making a fuss after already not making the appropriate appointment, so I just took it to a local car wash and spend another $20 to get it cleaned. I know the wash is a bonus, but I would’ve appreciated having it done. Otherwise, nice work!
