(October 13, 2022, 5:14 pm)I have been dealing with back pain for over 25 years. In the recent years the pain had become unbearable. I was willing to try anything.
I recently had a lumbar ablation done at Radiology Medical Arts in 14th Street Manhattan.
What can I say. Dr. Chahait Singh and her team have been amazing. They gave me all the information I needed before the procedure. After the procedure they followed up with me repeatedly to make sure I was ok. I have seen many specialists in my years due to this pain and I can say the professionalism and care I received from Dr. Singh and her team was a breath of fresh air and very much appreciated. I feel much better than before. -

(October 9, 2022, 5:51 pm)Wait time is worthy, it is the only thing that they have to work, in this facility, cuz I went to another one and the doctor was completely rude after waiting, I had the change to tell her what she was.
And I saw that i patient before me was having a issue with her too but that one was on Manhattan, ON BROOKLYN was excellent service from doctor. -

Like I'm not kidding after a long time being in pain due to my lower back I wasn't able to do normal activities without whining about my pain. Even bending down was an issue. I went to countless doctors, specialists and physical therapy and none helped. Some even said it was all in my head.
However coming here changed my whole life. I'm glad to say that my back is fixed by Dr.Chahait Singh. I'm finally able to get patted in the back than looking like a trembling dog and being constant pain. Also this place accepted my insurance, if you have Metro Plus insurance/Medicaid they accept it. This place helped my back and made me go back to my normal lifestyle. -

(September 19, 2022, 2:18 pm)Visited this location to get an X-ray done. I was attended to immediately by the front desk who even fixed a billing issue I’d previously had. Was called for my X-ray within 20 minutes and received my results on the portal 2 days later. Thank you for the good service.
