I called the office for an appointment with a issue that I was very concerned about. The office brought me in within the hour for a medical appointment. I was so surprised to be told to come in that quick.
Best thing was they actually answered the phone and asked me to explain the problem.
The staff was great and the exam with the tech was very thoro.
Dr. Shah did more extensive exam then explained everything to me so I could understand what was happening to my eye.
Very happy overall especially since my Eye Dr. retired and I had to find a new one asap.
I have been under the care of Dr. Shah for several years. She is extremely thorough, patient and answers any questions I have regarding my eye health. I highly recommend anyone looking for a knowledgeable eye doctor to consider seeing Dr. Shah. She is one of the best!
Me and the family have been going to her for years. Dr. Shah is friendly and professional. She listens to your problems and gives you honest solutions. The entire staff is great and immediately put you in a good mood if you are having a rough day.
Dr. Shah was polite and professional. She took the time to fully explain my diagnosis and what to expect going forward. She made sure I understood and had no further questions. Office staff were kind and helpful as well.
Dr. Shah was very kind, informative and pleasant to talk to and learn from. She gave me all the answers to my questions I had in a polite manner and with a big smile. She ordered me a slightly changed prescription for new glasses. She simplified the way the eye works with me and broke it down so I could understand a bit more on how both eyes come together to create what I see. She was very sweet and definitely deserves a five, even 10 star rating (if that were available I'd give it to her!) Thank you so much for seeing me yesterday!
