(July 12, 2023, 10:07 am)Had a very nice dinner. Had the Ocean Beach salad. The acoustic are not that good. Very noisy. Could use some blinds in the windows. The late afternoon sun gets is an issue.

(June 13, 2023, 1:03 pm)Stopped here for breakfast after bike riding 5+ miles. There was short line to get in, but worth the wait. I had the country egg sandwich, it was the Swiss cheese and tomato that drew my attention to it. It did not disappoint. The side of potatoes were tasty if just slightly too salty. The desert display was very tempting...saving it for next time.

Windows on the Sea
(September 15, 2022, 1:46 pm)We were looking for a great brunch spot in Fire Island and were pleasantly surprised with what Rachael has to offer. Hands-down the best bloody Mary’s on the island.
Our kids loved the oatmeal and the French toast (even if the French toast for the kids size was too small). We went on a holiday weekend and the wait wasn’t too bad either. It would be great if they had more outdoor seating but The food was very good and worthwhile spot for breakfast or brunch.
Will definitely be back. -

(July 4, 2022, 4:46 pm)Delicious food. The best on fire island and an amazing restaurant for New York in general. The restaurant is mostly family run. All staff are extremely kind. Very helpful in accommodating dietary restrictions as well. The food tastes amazing, clean, and healthy. Great quality. I get food from there at least daily when in ocean beach. The gelato is also amazing. The dine in service is a little slow but still great. Highly recommend this restaurant. My pictures are only from my takeout order. You must have the Flounder sandwich and the chocolate hazelnut ice cream.

(May 29, 2022, 6:40 pm)Such a good burger!!! Was very hangry since it was 6pm and i hadn't eaten lunch and this tasted amazing!! Was so full afterwards. The staff was friendly and attentive. The ambience was chill and not as busy compared to other places!! Highly recommend!!
