I had water in my basement and Matt was able to come out the same day I called in to request help. He did a very thorough analysis. He fixed the immediate issue, and also looked at some of the other plumbing that could cause issues going forward and made some recommendations and provided quotes very quickly. He was very informative, thorough and polite. I had some questions about some future work I was considering and he provided helpful information about what I should consider and next steps. He also made me aware of the VIP program which has a very reasonable fee and will save me more than it costs me for the initial work I want done. I was totally satisfied with the experience and look forward to continuing service with R Proust as a result of today’s experience.

Needed a full HVAC replacement and this was the only place to respond to my calls. Everyone that came out to my home was great! Isaiah explained my quote well, while Tyler and Angel were great with installation. Very happy with their service (and my new air conditioning)!

On Friday 5-20 we realized there was an issue with our AC unit. Of course it was shortly after 5 when it was discovered. I called R Poust who we have a service contract with. Spoke with Zack and set up appointment for 5-29. First thing Saturday morning, Ed called advising that a tech could come out that morning and take a look. Robert arrived about 40 minutes later. He quickly and professionally diagnosed the problem and provided us a quote for the part. We accepted the quote and he advised we would be notified when the part was in and set up the next appointment. On Monday Ed called to set up repair appointment for Wednesday with Robert. We had been on the schedule for 5-26 for normal service on the AC unit, Ed offered to have Robert make the repair and complete the service on the same day. During the maintenance, Robert found a part that didn’t need to be repaired yet, but provided us a quote. Robert had shown the piece to my husband and then the pictures to me so we both knew the issue. We agreed to have the part replaced sooner than later. Robert completed the work request and told us he would be back to install when part comes in. All in all very satisfied with everyone I dealt with and especially Robert who was very professional and knowledgeable of the work he does.

So glad we chose R. Post to replace the furnace and A/C system in our old house! It is a very tight space to work in and it wasn't easy to remove the old unit, but plenty of guys were sent for the job and I didn't mind helping to get the beast out and up the stairs. Installation was clean and amazing and they worked overtime to make sure we had everything working and even came back the next morning to make sure it was all 100%! I can't say enough positive words that this company made everything so easy for us and they were a dream to deal with. I'd give them 6 stars! Thanks to the crew and even Tim the manager that brought the guys dinner because they never took a lunch!! A+ company!
