  We worked with Piro Electric to upgrade our electrical service from 100 amps to 200 amps. We also had a setup added to allow us to use an outside generator during power outages. This involved replacing our old outdoor box with new outdoor service boxes as well as an outdoor electrical box for the generator cord. Also they assembled our new generator and instructed us on how to use it. Robert Piro and his staff were absolutely wonderful and the work they performed was absolutely amazing and professional. All were technically competent and completely interested in meeting our needs. They all were patient with us as we asked questions and they took steps to make sure we understood the answers. Monika of the office staff was easy to work with during coordination of all aspects of the project. I cannot think of a better company with whom to do business and would recommend them to anyone.

  UPDATE - Follow up… I have used Piro for ALL my electrical work. As time goes by he continues to be responsive and take care of his customers. I had an outlet come loose sometime after it was installed, he came to repair it without question. I needed some outdoor lighting installed and while installing the lights we noticed a defect - Rob offered to replace it right away rather than wait for warranty, which I chose to do. In an age where everything is rushed, Piro wants to make sure you, the customer are happy. That says a lot. Rob is a guy with integrity and he is always fair. Prices are competitive and Rob stands behind his work.
  
  I repeat myself, but since this last review, I have had Piro electric complete a lot more work in my home. In addition. Rob’s employees are very professional and go “ the extra mile” to get the job done. My projects have included - low voltage lighting in my TV room, can light installation, outlet/switch installs, outdoor lighting installation, and a meter replacement in the works. 💯 % recommend.
  
  EXCELLENT - If you need an electrician, Rob is the guy to call. First off, he personally returns all calls in a timely manner and is available through email as well. This is important in that I like to speak to the person doing the work, not an answering service. Rob is fair and honest and does not try to sell you/perform work you don't need. So when he says something needs repair, trust him. Piro is a small operation and Rob cares about his customers. He wants his customers to be happy and will do what it takes to fix any issues that may arise.
  
  Rob was installing a light in my home and I wasn't there and a placement decision needed to be made and I could not be reached. . He took the time to call my designer and speak with him as to where to place the switch. He then texted me photos and asked that I text him to make sure the placement was ok. I was impressed.
  
  I was given Rob's number by word of mouth and that says a lot. I would not hesitate to recommend him. You will work with a nice guy, receive great service and be a happy customer.

  Rob Piro and his team are a model of professionalism, knowledge, and follow-though. Rob came after I had had another electrician bungle the job, he did a thorough assessment, gave me multiple options, including various price points, and worked with me to find the best way forward. He worked with all the other teams, and got things done when he said he would. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

  Rob Piro and his crew are AMAZING. The professionalism, craftsmanship and value that Rob’s company put into their work are outstanding. Rob was attentive and responded quickly to all of my family’s needs during a major renovation in our house. Rob also explains exactly what he and his crew will do in a friendly, easy manner and then they execute on everything that is promised. We have made R. Piro Electric our electricians of choice and we highly recommend their services.
