Extremely quick process, no fuss, fair pricing. We had them install carpet on our stairs and it looks beautiful. They also left our house clean and in the same condition as when they arrived.

The company is family-owned and all of the guys are a pleasure to work with. They do excellent work, communicate well, and keep the work area clean. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Charged me the same amount as Lowe's quoted but with MUCH better quality padding & carpet. I couldn't believe that they were equal to a big box store and was thrilled to support a small/local business. Were able to squeeze me in to their schedule and I could have had them install within a week of talking to them. Had my two rooms carpeted in 1.5 hours and it looked amazing. Highly recommend for any carpet or flooring needs. The reviews are legit and support a local hardworking family business!

The owner, Jim, came out to my home to measure for a carpet replacement in my master bedroom, and installation of luxury vinyl tile in a foyer and a master bathroom. I received a call not long after from the office to schedule the installation. The installers came exactly when scheduled, wore masks, were very polite and got to work quickly. They moved the heavy furniture for me, which was a huge help. The quality of the work is excellent and I could not be happier with the look and feel of the “new” areas. Also, the crew cleaned up after themselves perfectly - nothing left behind - and moved my furniture back where it belonged. This company is a poster child for customer service. Thank you RJ!

(November 23, 2019, 7:46 pm)Fantastic experience! From the courtesy and professionalism of the sales staff, expertise of the owner, and efficiency of installers, I could not be more pleased. I bought the same style carpet in a big box store a few years ago and the quality pales in comparison to what I got with R&J for about the same price. Turnaround time was quick, and I really felt like they made our priorities theirs. I couldn't be happier and would use and recommend them without hesitation! Thanks for everything!
