(August 1, 2022, 12:45 pm)I made an appointment to get my car looked at for making a clicking noise in the front end, and Qyst was able to get me in for service in just a few days. Did the overnight drop off and got a call around lunchtime the next day. Turned out to be a damaged front axle, and I braced myself for a hefty bill for that along with a repaired tired, replaced wipers, and an inspection.
I was SHOCKED how inexpensive it was compared to the Subaru dealer I'd been going to.
They also let me know my rear brakes were on the edge of their useful life, but didn't try to strong-arm me into the upsell. I did elect to do it only to avoid service 6 months down the road.
I was very happy with their ability to get me in quickly, get me a quote very fast, do the service in lightning speed, and do it all for a very reasonable price! I highly recommend Qyst! -

(August 7, 2013, 8:40 pm)I've been taking my cars to Qyst for over 15 years. Their prices are fair and service is top notch. They go above and beyond in terms of customer service. They will even drive you home after you drop your car off. I've always been happy with their services and products. My fan belt broke a few years ago and they completely rescued me while I was in the school carpool line, broken down. The negative reviews are shocking. I suppose you have to take them with a grain of salt. People are always quick to complain, but not to compliment. I highly recommend Qyst and they also get excellent reviews on Angie's List, which is my "go to" in terms of getting helpful reviews and opinions on businesses.
